I'm trying to wrap up this install but I can't seem to figure out the exhaust hanger it came with.where does it bolt to. I was thanking maybe it was supposed to go behind the foot peg bracket because the 2 holes on the hanger looked like they could have lined up but that didn't work out any ody know thanks in advance

I did get it all sorted out. Ended up have to reloosen the flange nuts and giving it a good wiggle to get the head tubes to fully set in place. Hopefully this evening I'll have time to finish it up. Still need to install the PCV and lengthen the wiring for my 02 sensor, reconnect the plugs going to the coils(I replaced my spark plugs that was a pain in the butt!!)and finally through on the plastics

Glad that you got the pipe on. What type of bike is this? We would recommend getting rid of the stock O2 sensor, it will mess with our maps.

Well she's done now and man does she sound mean now. But now I have another issue after taking it for a spin after the install was finished I had a check engine light come on. It came on after I had pulled back into my neighborhood and was idling around. I checked the code and shows it to be error code 33. Which after some research appears to be 02 sensor related. Anybody have any idea what's going on

I love the grilles on that. That's a GREAT looking 14, sir!
Not jealous because I don't want a 14R, but my goodness, that's one hell of an example of the breed, and at the top. Nice!

Hotshot4773, that is a great looking bike! Not sure why you would be throwing the code since you are still running the O2 sensor. Maybe some loose wires since you had to extend it? I would check that and make sure nothing vibrated loose during your ride. That is my best guess on that.

I've checked it over and every thing seems good and tight. I did not use crimp connectors I soldered everything. Not sure what to check next maybe unplug it and plug it back in and see what happens

You can try this as well to reset the code and see if this takes care of the light. http://brocksperformance.com/product_images/uploaded_images/ZX14R_ECU_Flash_Dash_Reset_Procedure.jpg" rel="nofollow - https://brocksperformance.com/product_images/uploaded_images/ZX14R_ECU_Flash_Dash_Reset_Procedure.jpg

Error code 33 shows 02 sensor malfunction or inactivate. Open or short
I am running the factory 02 sensor in conjunction with brocks pipe and pcv I extended the wires and did it the best way I know how by soldering and heat shrinking all the splices I may unplug the connector and plug back it back in after work today to see if it does anything. If it doesn't go away anybody know if it's safe to ride I do plan on deleting the 02 sensor with a ECU reflash but that a couple weeks out

One other thing I can think of I'm not sure if could be an issue or not but in order to run the factory 02 sensor I had to add an adapter because the factory 02 sensor is smaller then the hole in the pipe. It doesn't appear that the 02 sensor would protrude into the pipe very far could that be an issue ?
