moreau,

We do not carry any clutch components for that bike so we have not worked on the CBR1000RR.
Install steels and fibers correctly, a service manual is a good tool to use, do not soak fibers in oil just get a thin coat of oil on fibers before install.

Moreau,

It sounds like your bike is equipped from the factory with a slipper clutch.  Basically it allows the clutch to slip under high load applications (launching hard from dead stop or aggressively down shifting).  Unfortunately we do not have a clutch mod for this bike and I'm not sure if anyone does.  But that sounds like the root of your problem.

Good Luck
