Hey Y'all I just got my new CT Quiet Core 4/2/1 titanium exhaust system from Brock's mounted on my new 2013 ZX14R this last weekend. What a difference! I primarily ride on the street and do a lot of twisties in the hill country here in the Austin Tx. area, and I wanted to lose some weight . Although I have not had the chance to ride it much since the installation this last weekend, with the limited riding I got in I can tell already that due to the loss of the huge factory pipes and factoy steel headers it feels MUCH lighter and the motor seems to rev out much quicker! The tone of the pipe is great and seems to be a little quieter than what you would expect for such a small muffler being fed by 1441cc's of displacement. I have to say I am impressed! My buddy from down the street is an AMA Senior class road racer and he is a Ducati man.. He took one look at the single pipe and told me it was going to be REAL loud.. (His Duc has two huge pipes and it is still loud) Well he was wrong... Even my 2011 ZX10R track bike is louder (it has the Akropovic titanium pipe) I also installed the PCV with Brock's street map and so far it seems to really be smooth. (Initially, I was worried about losing the great throttle response that the bike came with stock). No worries with this set up. I have already sent off the ECU to get Guhl to do his magic on it so I can't wait until I see how much more power it will have.I have previously owned a 2007 ZX14 and this new bike just blows it away in terms of raw power and acceleration. I guess there really is no replacement for displacement.LOL I have run the Texas Mile land speed event in Goliad Tx several times and my best run was 190.8 mph (back to back) runs.Stock motor,on the 2007 I just had a full Yohismura exhaust a power commander III and GI Pro TRE and Pipercross air filter and I thought I was doing well since I am 6'5'' and weigh in at about 245 in full leathers. I am not what you would call aerodynamic by any streach of the imagination LOL Well I think that I will be getting my 200 mph shirt with this new bike easy enough..... I cannot wait unti I get it all put together and can really go ride it hard. It pays to buy the full system with the PCV that has been matched up with the right map and ECU reflash/ programming. It is definately not cheap but worth it to me becuase of all the obvious R&D work that went into desiging and developing a winning combination. This is literally going to be a REAL performance boost for this bike (and it looks great too). I got the (Stupid Fast) emblem on the pipe.. Who knows this old track rat might even try his hand at drag racing! Speedy
