If you were running a good Brock pump gas map,  But now the pump gas contains _% ethanol  would it require slight leaning or richning @ 100% TP

Do not worry about the Ethanol content in the pump gas.  It changes twice a year due to the weather.  To allow the bike to cold start better in the summer or winter.  Your map should be fine.  When you are at the track you could try adding a little fuel in the 100% column, to see if you get more MPH at the track, but make sure you save your original map.  Make sure also you make minor adjustments, that way you do not have a wasted run.  Let me know if you have any other questions.

I keep "Star Tron" enzyme treatment on my bike when I fill up to counter the negative affects on they engine. You can buy it any auto parts place.
