The 0W20 works well in hot climate for stock engine. We recommend the 10W30 when using nitrous. |

so the "less than 0w" is what you are suggesting for stock engine in cool climate.I see it refered to as 0w but it is called" less than 0w"when I went to order it. thanks,Steve |

During the summer around the D.C.,MD.,VA. area during the summer the avg. temp. would be 90-95 degrees. Is that too high of temp. to run the >>0 Alisyn oil for the track ? |

I run the less than zero with Petron additive in my 08 Busa on the street and track in Ohio with no problems. If you don't feel comfortable with the <<0 the 0W20 works great in hot climates. |

busa3573, We have not tested the Torco. The Alisyn we use with Petron additive makes great power and works well with the clutch fibers. |

I only use conventional oils for engine break in! Full synthetic after, Alyson or Motul.

lucienb75, Use the conventional oil that came in the bike for 500-1,000 miles to seat the rings, then use synthetic.

I have an '02 1507 busa built by Quantum Motorsports and I was told to use 20W-50. Would the Quaker State work for me? If so, is this conventional or synthetic?

we use klotz full synthetic motorcycle oil for years with zero problems
10w40 in the newer bikes during the summer 20w50 in the oil cooled engines and big hp newer ones. in as many years as i can remember we have had zero oil related problems. |

Has there been any updates to your advice on the Alisyn oil? I'm thinking about getting the <<0 or the 0W-20 because I live in GA.

burlgoat53,
The closest I can recommend is Kawasaki 10w-40 full synthetic - it is some great stuff, especially for it's weight. It's available at most Kawasaki dealerships. Brock

burlgoat53,
No. That's why this thread was originally started - please read my first post about why. Don't get me wrong... YOU CAN run it... but problems will occur, as stated above. Brock
