checking and setting TPS - Event Date: January/01/1900 - January/01/1900

   2004 Limited Edition owner,
I see all the converstions about TPS settings, how do I check mine? I have a Power Commander on my bike. When the bike is at an idle the lights are at the very bottom of the bar. When you move the throttle it needs to move about 1/8 of a turn before the lights every move up the bar. When you go to full throttle the lights are only 1 bar above the "0" mark.
