I was reading good things about bored throttle bodies. I am thinking to bore my 44 throttles to 47. Do you have any experience/records on throttle mods? Performance gains, ET gains, etc.

Bored throttles will give me a better air flow, but air velocity will suffer...how important is velocity vs flow?

Frederick,

The gains are really dependent upon the engine. For example, 47mm TB's on a stock-2-brock configuration RWHP... the same TB's on a big motor were worth around 7 RWHP.

Hope this helps,

Brock
