Im setting up a 2017 Busa as a Super Sport type bike for now (bolt ons and stock wheelbase)
My question is about the rear shock settings 1. would you still set the initial sag the same as you would a longer wheelbase bike? 2. where should I start or what is the general setup with compression and rebound on rear shock at SWB? I know a SWB bike does squat as much but how do you generally want to treat on in respect to suspension? Any help/tips/advice is greatly apprciated |

Thomas, assuming that you are using a stock shock. 1) You will want less sag than on a longer wheelbase bike. 2) You will want to go as stiff as you can on both compression and rebound. Stock wheelbase does not need the squat of a longer bike since they don't typically have tire spin issues.
