I just purchased a Bren tune flash after reading conflicting stories and somewhat confusing answers I am a little lost. I have a 16’ S1000RR w/ a full alien head 2 system and I am currently running with a PCV and auto tuner with the Brock’s maps for street and track (depending on what I’m doin). After installation of the ECU with the Bren tune flash should I disconnect the PCV and Auto tuner and just run the flash or can I run the two simultaneously w/out ruining one over the other and “bricking” my ecu?

if you flash the ecu and want to run brocks maps you must not change the fuel tables during the flash. Keep fuel table stock. Ditch the autotune after the flash and load the brocks map into the pcv5 then you good to go

Great answer. We derestrict the ECU's (all bikes) and tune the fuel with the PCV.

Importing maps into the ECU is hit or miss...mostly miss.

Our base maps can be adjusted (if needed) without the need for an Auto Tune.
