I have a 2012 hayabusa. What do you guys think about going down 1 in the front. I'm going to extend my Bike 4 inches. It's Already lowered.

Hayabusa1340,
I will say that there is no correct answer to that question, there are just so many variables that come into play.  I will say that when extending the bike going one down in the front is often times a good thing.  Here is a link to an FAQ that Brock made specifically to help with the gearing question, as it is one that we get frequently.  http://www.brocksperformance.com/absolutefm/?f=237  If you have any other questions just let us know.  Have a great day!
