hello guys
can anyone help me i have a really big clutch grab problem
bought a whole new clutch
and clutch basket
problem is still there
can,t launch it because its on or off
its a cbr1000rr 09
it was gone when i put a steel first and left the judder spring and washer out . it only helped 1 time '

moreau,

We do not carry any clutch components for that bike so we have not worked on the CBR1000RR.
Install steels and fibers correctly, a service manual is a good tool to use, do not soak fibers in oil just get a thin coat of oil on fibers before install.

I have a manual and doing it by the book
Not soaking the fibers just adding a thin coat
Had this problem from the start
Can,t launch clean

Moreau,

It sounds like your bike is equipped from the factory with a slipper clutch.  Basically it allows the clutch to slip under high load applications (launching hard from dead stop or aggressively down shifting).  Unfortunately we do not have a clutch mod for this bike and I'm not sure if anyone does.  But that sounds like the root of your problem.

ok I know that the slipper clutch has something to do with this .
but my buddy has the exact same bike
no grab
he has a slipper also
no grab
10000 rpm launch smoothhh
