I just installed a 2002 engine in my 2000 busa. I changed the  complete wire harnes and computer. The bike runs perfect except for a bad serging problem in any gear at 2500 to 3000 rpms . Any ideas to fix the problem ? Thank You Steven Lombardi

Fstbusa         I changed the complete wire harnes, trotle body, rotor.tps, and the coils. I kept the gen 2 exhaust and installed a pc3r with BDE 027B Gen 3 map.   I gone the best with this set up at the track 9.42 at 146.80. Except for that surge at 2500 it is wonderfull.

There are a few wires that were not in the same  slot so it was easier to change the complete harness.

I don't know much about the wiring on the busa but changing out the harness could have caused some problem.

Fstbusa  It  is just a matter of pluging it in . Any way i installed a Bde 028a Gen 3 map and it seamed to cure the problem.  It is still to cold to ride far but it seams good for now. Thanks Steven Lombardi
