I'm sure this is a stupid question but I will ask anyway. When lifting the 14r buy the swingarm the stock headers are strong enough to put a jack under and lift the front of the bike off the ground. I'm guessing the answer will be no but are the headers of the CT Meg strong enough to do the same?

No, using a jack on any light-weight aftermarket exhaust to lift bike could damage it.
