I was riding my o8 busa alien head pipe with power commander with brocks maps I shut the kill switch on accident doing about 45 switched it back on fi light came on and seems to be not running on all cylinders got the bike home parked it next day I started it up running terrible.What the heck did I do?

Try disconnecting battery for a few minutes and see if it resets. If not check to see what code it shows for FI light to be on. You might have just fowled a plug. |
