Brock I had my bike Dyno'd today @ Marrs Performance in Fayetteville, TN. Dan Marrs the owner conducted the Dyno. My bike is a 2009 ZX-14 SE  stock motor with CT Duals K&N Filter, GiPRO ATRE (HealTech), 16/43 Gearing, Pair valve removed, PCV W/Brock street map, files In and 89 pump gas.  My bike dyno'd 170.65HP / 96.88 Torque on a Dynojet set to STD Smoothing  he made 5 passes all in 4th gear.  I was looking for something around in the 180's HP range since on  your site you have a 06 zx-14 making 187hp / 110 torque. That was my primary reason for going with with the CT series exhaust.

Now the only difference I see between the bike you dyno'd,  is it's a 06 and the flies have been removed. I can post the actual dyno sheet if needed.  Dan say's  if you have any question to please give him a call @ 931 433-9008. I hope I can get a few my HP out of my bike with your assistance.

Thanks Don Bankhead

Hey Don,

The first thing you need to do is go to our private ZX-14 section and read about your bike: https://www.brocksperformance.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=700

There is one thing in particular that you mention above that stands out as a real power killer. Dyno results are about DETAILS and preparation.

The Busa's and 14's act the same on the dyno and this is where the real details are found.

The good news is that there is nothing wrong with your bike, and certainly nothing wrong with your pipe (:

Having your bike ready to make killer numbers takes a little work in advance... but having a few items wrong to kill power is the EASIEST THING IN THE WORLD.

Give my staff a call if you have any more questions 937-912-0054

Brock

ps. go here and scroll down to our diaries also: http://www.brocksperformance.com/brocknm/feature_articles.aspx

They give you an idea of what we start with stock, compared to where we end up. Your CT duals make more power than the Street Meg we used back in 07. But if ALL of the details in the story aren't followed... ALL of the results won't be noticed either.
