I ordered the complete lowering strap kit for my 2012 zx14r from Lee Prichard's Smokin perfomance and I've read the instructions a couple of times but still have a stupid question. The package with the black brackets has the 4 shim washers that go between the bracket and caliper. The package with the longer bolts for the 2012 version also have those same 4 shim washers. Am I supposed to use all 8 of them for the 2012/2013 version?Thanks

never mind, just looked at your online instructions that are different than the printed ones that came with my kit. thicker shim washer is for my version.

Toledo,
The shims are different sizes, four are 1mm and the other four are 1.5mm. The larger shims are what you will use on the 2012-13 ZX-14R. http://www.brocksperformance.com/Instructions/OTHER/992092.pdf |
