Very Impressed already.

I just want to say how much im looking forward to being a Brocks customer. Ive got my new 2012 ZX14R set to pick up on the 11th (weather permitting) so i have been doing alot of reading on forums about exhaust options. Everything ive read, seen and watched brought me to this site. Once i started reading posts from customers and seeing responses from people at Brocks that have answers, and Brock himself answering questions or giving educated input, i was sold. Forget that the Dual CT's are sexy as hell (specially with the green badges to match the paint) and that they make big power and sound so amazing, to buy from a place that stands behind their product so passionately is priceless. Watching the guy that owns the place on youtube in the Dyno room giddy with the results of his last pull is great. In a world where companies are spending so much time and money writing programs that push out generic responses or "form" emails offering 50 different possibilities as to the nature of my problem, when i had difficulties getting my registration to work i actually got personal correspondence from two different people, Steve and Brandi and in 45 minutes it was taken care of. It may be a simple thing but it makes a world of difference to me and i would imagine alot of others as well. If he wasnt so busy with his day-to-day responsibilities i would suggest Brock tour and teach others how to properly run a business. Being treated respectfully before i have spent a dime is refreshing. So my only problem now is Quietkore or not. Thanks guys and lady.
