Many of you Brocks users have far more experience with Brocks products than I do, so nothing new here but I want to say that I am enjoying my 14R now more than ever. The stock system even with the hideous OEM can's made great smooth quiet power, but the bike never felt like the monster that it is. First observation is the aural aspect. While I have not been a fan of the bass treble sound on sport bikes, I have to say that I have never heard a richer more robust sound on any motorcycle than I do with this full system. If there is a better sounding setup I haven't heard it. It's not overly loud but not quiet either. The feedback I now get from the smallest amount of throttle inputs is addictive,. The power is very SMOOTH and linear. In fact I find it smoother than the stock setup that felt almost turbo like at times. The back pressure on those stock silencers, while offering a lot of serious torque, really did not feel as good as this free breathing bike. The bike is now very eager to rev and I find myself using the gear box more, (ala a liter bike), than I did before. The feel and sound of this system through the gears, downshifting, or just a blip of the throttle is chill inducing!
I can't say that I've noticed the added power that a full system and good map offers in a major way, but I wasn't reallly expecting it to be honest, given the excellent fueling and very brisk behavior of the factory setup. I mean when you release a bike with over 190RWHP and 115 ft/lb torque, theres only so much to add. I've only put a little over 80 miles on the bike since install, so until I take my Sunday morning 200 mile country ride, I won't likely really take full advantage of what the bike has to offer. I'm sure most if not all the gains are going to be much further up the rev band than I've really gotten into for any sustained periods yet, It's redundant to say, I know, but of all the bikes I've owned and all the aftermarket companies I've dealt with for engine rebuilds, fueling systems, dyno tunes, etc etc., I've never had a more pleasurable experincee than I have had with Brocks Performance. Salute!

His comments are in reference to the standard CT Duals.
