Hey Brock,
This is Tim Howard. I just figured I'd give you an update. I replaced the inner and outer clutch baskets like you suggested. I noticed that the pressure plate had a lot of places where the clutch springs were binding up so I bored the holes out. We went to a Real street race at the track in Tulsa. The track was way slick. I was the only one who could get any traction in our class. I'm guessing it's because I was the only one with your shock! I had a bye to the finals and they called the race because of a few drops of rain. The next race is at the next PMRA race in a few weeks. We plan on taking that! Thanks for your help with steering me in the right direction. BTW I have all of your clutch components and am running the spring set up you sell with 4 heavy and 2 ex heavy and I run about 8 mph more than anyone in the class! I know those springs are a big part of it. Now I need to get my 60ft down and we will run away with the class here! Thanks again! |

Tim, that is great! Glad to hear things are working out for you. That sucks that you couldn't finish up that race. Let us know if you need anything else and keep us updated. Thanks.
