Brock’s is more then just a parts house

I have never before ever taken the time to write an online review. Besides most customer service these days is really lacking and so is quality.
Well that is how I felt until I contacted this amazing Company. My story is as follows.

I purchased the full system short meg thermal coated. They knew I had a deadline and expedited the order without any added charges. Once on I experienced problems unrelated to Brock's or it's product. Even though it was totally out of there hands and they were in no way responsible for my issue, instead of washing their hands they took all my calls, all my drama, even when I was upset they were professional and calm. At one point I received an e-mail on a Sunday from Brock himself!

Never an unanswered phone call, never an unanswered e-mail. You can measure the true policy and spirit of a company by how it handles problem customers. By my own admission I know I was a pain. A little OCD when it comes to my Busa. lol

Long story short, they went out of there way at cost to them and I know damn well only Brock's could or would of done this for me.

PLEASE consider this before you purchase any other system to save a few bucks or look to some unknown e-bay dealer.

I just wish to thank Brock and his staff.
